Over the weekend we hit one year since Jay was hurt. Pretty heavy for us, so we decided to go to one of our favorite spots. The weather was amazing. Too bad we come home more tired than when we left! Merrick tires us out! Someday Jay and I will get a solo relaxing trip..but then I won't enjoy it because I will miss her, right?

I hid our eggs over at the bike stunt park. Rikta and I went over there while Jay and Merrick were at home. I came back only to run into Merrick on the trail next to the patio, ready to go, fully winter dressed all by herself. "Does Daddy know you are outside? Where is he?"

Merrick wanted to "practice" yesterday off her harness. She is loose, and knows what to do. She even did the baby park. (Only roller/knolls, but still pretty crazy!) She yells "Dropping."

Check her out chasing Dad. Cutest thing ever. Now I am in for it, my parents never knew half the stuff I did on skis or a board and its probably for the best, I will be front row for this one, and I can see the worry going down already. Its going to be so fun teaching her stuff though!
